Memoria is not OVER.

@memoriaASMR, the Youtube channel, has been experiencing a downtrend in discoverability, far lower than I expected since January. At first I thought it was just the hype being over, or my thumbnails and titles not clicking with people... 

But over the past many months, many of you have told me you don't see my videos on homepage anymore. You don't get notified anymore even with the notification bell on. 

And yet another thing that confirms my suspicion on the shadowban... Normally, I'd get at least 600+ views (worst case scenario?!) in the first 4 hours of a video posted. Even when I experiment with thumbnails.

But... today, Coworker ASMR went to a new low of 200+. 

I understand that numbers isn't everything. And I value each and everyone of you here, and I'm happy I can help you with my voice... But, Youtube doesn't want to share me with the world. At least, not the videos on @memoriaASMR. 

I've had about 4-5 videos demonetized and tagged as NSFW by Youtube. And if you don't know, if a video becomes demonetized and tagged as NSFW, Youtube stops pushing that video. 

When someone searches that video, it will get pushed down, requiring many more scrolls down, if it ever comes up. It won't be shown in homepage anymore, either. 

But Memoria, you ask... What about those spicy and sex audios you still see on the homepage? 

I don't own nor talk with fellow ASMRtists who own said channels, so I don't have any anecdotes to share about that. 

What i do know are my own experiences, and some other peers I have both indirectly talked with or privately talked with about their experiences on this thing. 

Anyway, I might take a week off in June so I can move to another channel. I've already been working on that since about a month ago, but I may have to cut some corners to make the move possible, earlier. As for May, all of the Patron audios have been released... I was thinking of compiling the few blooper/old takes of May ASMRs too, but I hope you can be patient with me, as I won't be doing that anymore to prioritize this move.
